ABOUT US

Our Journey

We are a husband and wife team and our dream of living and working in Valle de Guadalupe (Ruta del Vino) began during our visits to the area in the late 1990s. We, eventually, decided on owning and operating a rental cabin and craft-brewery business.

The outdoor tasting room, on our brewery and cabin rental property, opened in February 2020. We are dedicated to providing our visitors with an unrivaled experience with the best customer service coupled with hand crafted (on-site) artesanal beers focusing on quality ingredients and repeatable processes. We provide a warm and welcoming environment that is kid-friendly for all to enjoy.

We are still expanding and growing but will always stay true to our goal of providing great beers in the best atmosphere possible.

Bellinghausen is Todd's mother's last name. Her parents were the children of Germans that immigrated to Texas in the late 1800s. We try to keep, at least, three German style beers on tap that adhere to the German beer purity law known as the Reinheitsgebot dating back to 1516 (We, also, offer some beers that definitely do not adhere to this law).
